NIH Proposal Writing Workshop for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows

Modified: October 20, 2017
The Graduate School will offer a proposal writing workshop for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.  The workshop is for those preparing a proposal for the upcoming NIH NRSA deadline.

The Graduate School offers a series of fellowship proposal writing workshops in alignment with specific deadlines and led by writing experts. The goal is to help students and postdoctoral fellows produce the strongest possible writing for proposals, understand what reviewers are looking for, edit writing to be clear, concise, interesting, and persuasive, and increase the likelihood of securing funding. This is a writing workshop and participants must be prepared to bring drafts of their NIH NRSA grant proposals to each session for peer and instructor review.

The workshop will meet on the Evanston campus, location TBD, on all of the following dates from 5:00-6:30 PM each day:  October 30, November 6, and November 13, and November 20.

Please complete this short application to participate.
