Reserving TGS Commons
- TGS Commons can be reserved by full-time TGS students, postdocs and TGS student groups for events and meetings intended for TGS students on weekdays after 5 PM and at any time on the weekends. If your event falls outside of these times, TGS will not be able to accommodate your request. The room can be booked using your NetID and password through the 25 Live Scheduling System. Click the location tab and enter 2122SH_140 to find the room.
- All requestors will be required to fill out the TGS Commons Rules and Regulations Form and the TGS Commons Reservation Form before reservation confirmations will be sent. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance.
- If your reservation falls on a weekday and the garbage and or recycling cans are full, contact Facilities at 847-491-5201 and ask that the bins be emptied after your reservation. If your reservation falls on a holiday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday when janitorial staff are not present, remove all garbage and place it in the dumpster (located at the west end of the building in the alley between Garrett and Haven), leaving fresh liners in the bins if available.

Reserving the Abbott Hall TGS Conference Room
Students can reserve the Abbott Hall TGS Conference Room by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the conference room is for students to conduct large or small meetings or small events only. This room is not to be used for drop-in social or study time.
