2016 CURE Taking Flight Award

Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy (CURE) seeks to promote the careers of young investigators to allow them to develop a research focus independent of their mentor(s). CURE encourages studies that will provide new directions for epilepsy therapy, prevention and, ultimately, a cure and that will allow applicants to collect the data necessary to support a National Institutes of Health grant application. Individuals from any country are eligible to apply; you do not have to be a US citizen or working in the US to apply for this award. All materials must be submitted in English. Invitation to Accreditation Open Fora on April 27th

Northwestern is currently undergoing its decennial review for reaffirmation of accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission. This review will culminate in a campus visit by a seven-member evaluation team representing the Commission on April 27th and 28th. Students, faculty, and staff of Northwestern University are invited to meet with the visiting team reviewing the University’s accreditation during open sessions to be held on the Evanston campus on April 27th from 3:00 to 3:50 p.m. Separate sessions will be held during this timeframe for students, faculty, and staff, more information is available.
