TGS alumnus, Aaron Schirmer ’09 PhD, will host a webinar on Tuesday, February 12 at 12:00 PM titled “Social Jetlag, Chronotypes, & Performance”
In this webinar, participants will define social jet lag, further discuss the research behind individual chronotypes, and address the real world implications for how these can impact performance. Understanding these interactions will help individuals more effectively schedule their time to maximize academic performance to the benefit of individual students and the universities they attend.
