American Indian Science and Engineering Society Engineering Faculty Career Workshop 2019
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society invites all early-career faculty members, postdoctoral professionals, and PhD students in engineering to attend the Faculty Career Workshop on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 and the AISES National Conference from Thursday through Saturday, October 10-12, 2019 by applying to the ASSIST Travel Grant. Funded by the National Science Foundation, this grant covers travel expenses (up to $2,000) for up to 40 eligible applicants. Expenses include airfare, lodging, registration, meals, and other travel costs (e.g., parking).
The Faculty Career Workshop is a one-day workshop that provides networking, cultural activities, and tailored professional development to those who are interested in becoming or advancing their career as an engineering faculty member.
