Expanding Your Horizons Chicago-Winter is looking for Workshop Leaders!
Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) is a one day STEM conference for middle school girls, hosted by volunteers in the Chicagoland area. They hope to excite these girls about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics opportunities available to them and engage them in fun workshops that challenge their thinking.
Would you be interested in helping to host a workshop? Or do you know someone (a Chicagoland female in a STEM career or with a STEM hobby) that may be interested in leading a workshop? If you're interested in applying to be a workshop leader, please fill out this Google form by Friday, October 11. There will be a training/walkthrough on the week of November 18 to allow for workshop leaders to practice their workshop, get more information about the event, and receive feedback. The conference will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 1:00 - 6:00 PM on Northwestern's Evanston campus..
