U-Pass Pick-Up Schedule at The Graduate School

If you were not able to pick up your U-Pass transit card during our New Student Orientation, they will likely be available to pick up at The Graduate School.

Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Please present your Wildcard or a photo ID at our front desk to receive your U-Pass. If you would like to confirm if your U-Pass has arrived prior to stopping by, please email tgs-u-pass@northwestern.edu or call 847.491.5279.
